New Star Kebab Auburn Experience

Have you ever tried Turkish cuisine before? If you have not, I recommend you visit New Star Kebab in Auburn ASAP!

I have had the pleasure to dine here again invited by Jason King (@spooningaust) to try out the food and to experience the hospitality of the entire group of New Star Kebab. Thank you so much for the invite and for organising this visit. And to my friend Meidi (@eatwithmeidi) for the company.

From grilled meats, to pides, to pizzas, to kebabs, to gozlemes, and even salads, New Star Kebab has got your Turkish cravings sorted. My personal favourite from this visit are the pides as the crust was phenomenal. Imagine this, thin crust, with soft yet crunchy texture that leaves you wanting to grab another slice. It was that good!

I have been informed by the owner that the juices made in this establishment (the lemonade and mint lemonade) were made from all natural ingredients and were created through an old recipe passed down from generations. And you can tell from every sip that Atilla, the owner, was telling the truth. Not only that, all their ingredients for the salads are freshly cut daily, the meats marinated daily and the sauces made daily. So rest assured your meals are always freshly made day in and day out.  

The hospitality of Atilla was so refreshing to experience. He ensured Meidi and I were well taken care of. He even shot with us during the visit. And since the portions of their dishes are massive, he also ensured we had takeaway containers for our left overs. 

TIPS: Ensure you bring cash with you as they are a Cash Only establishment. And unfortunately, they also do not deliver to your home.
